My friends/acquaintances that voted Trump are still convinced he's doing a better job than Hillary would have done. They can't answer when I ask what she would have done that's so bad though.

We would have lost either way. But with Trump the losing is much more public.

Probably over the short term.

In the long term, perhaps this creates a public that is more in tune with what is going on politically as opposed to just being apolitical. Maybe not. Maybe it does, but it's a bad thing. I don't know.

Or it could just tank the whole fucking thing.

I'm excited to watch it unfold either way.
