At work. My wife just landed in Manilla, she left yesterday at 6 am. My daughter has been crying when I take her to school because she wants mommy.

Got nothing going on this weekend. Was travelling last weekend, so I'm looking forward to being around the house. Although it's gonna be cold tomorrow. Need to start thinking about cleaning out the dead shit from my landscaping here soon. I don't think we're going to get any more prolonged cold spells this winter.

My parents fly in tonight and they're staying for a week. I think she'll be ok until Tuesday, then there could be issues.

I have done lots of shit this week with my family gone.

Cleaned wife's car inside and out.

Took all of the blankets in to get them washed that needed washing from horse departure and cleaned all of the remaining hairy stuff that didn't need to go to the tack shop.

Cleaned garage out fully

Patched some shit up around the house

Fixed up my WSM, bought new vents and a new door for it

Cleaned up dog poop

Recycled all cans and paper that was stacking up in garage

Got some shit sorted out with Chrysler Financial for the new car

Signed up to donate at the red cross drive at kids school

Lots of work. Lots of working out.

Damn it feels good to be a gangsta.

Doesn't this sound exciting OTPT? This whole adult thing?

JFC you're productive. I'd probably think about doing some of that stuff, then say fuck it and open a beer and watch TV.

With the kids around though, this is how it usually goes.
Wake up earlier than normal, shower and all that.
Wake up the kid, hope she doesn't start crying for Mommy.
Carry her downstairs, get her some milk and let her sleep on the couch while I make my breakfast and her snack.
Try to wake her up, and hope she doesn't start crying that she doesn't want to go to school. Get her dressed.
Finish watching Umizoomi, then its time to drop her off.
Work all day, be on tSwill.
Leave work a few minutes early to pick her up. Usually she's in a good mood.
Go home and we'll change, let her wear whatever she wants, I don't care. Ask her if she's ready for dinner. Expect her to say no.
Let her play, maybe watch some TV. Get her to do homework.
Run to the store, buy whatever is needed, come home, hope she's ready to eat, because its almost bath time.
Fight or don't fight over taking a bath, once in the bath, expect it to be 30-40 minutes before she's done playing.
Get her jammies on, let her watch TV in our room because its already 9:30 and past her bedtime. Warn her I'm waking her up early in the morning, so no fighting.
Go watch TV for about 20 minutes, check on her to see if I can move her to her room.
10:15 now, search through Netflix for 10 minutes before realizing I can't watch anything because I need to try to be asleep by 11:30.
Wake up and do it again.
