When you are trying to impress investors maybe its okay to brag about inside information like knowing knowing about a highway project.

When you are POTUS in post WW2 era you keep your mouth shut.

Instead Trump talks about ISIS bomb making with Russia and brags about the location of nuclear subs to the Filipino President whose floating the idea of marshall law for his country.
