I know I've been harping on it, but that shit bothers the hell out of me and not just in politics. These people lead with the "were the good Christian group so you can believe us over those heathens everywhere else." And people do, they trust them just on that, which makes sense. Their faith is very important to who they are. But then groups like the gospel coalition or whatever it was called takes that trust and flat out lies to them and misleads them for their own political purposes. And those people accept it, because again, it's the good faithful Christian group so they must be telling the truth.

Another example- there are financial companies that use that same "were the Christian one" hook. Who the fuck cares? It's finance. Now, if you're only investing in companies that support Christian policies great. But that's not how those companies work. They just use the Christian label to hook in suckers who think it matters, then do the same shit every other company does.

You're back on this? We had this discussion a couple of months ago. While I'll vehemently disagree with probably every piece of legislation and EO a President Pence might sign, and every new Pence Administration policy that moves throughout federal government, it's still political policy. The Dems got their asses kicked in '16 and Republicans get to have carte blanche for at least two years. None of that is true with Trump. I don't for a second believe any of his moves are meant to be in the best interests of the country, but rather, what's best for Trump, his family, his business interests and those of his cronies. Trump is a danger to this country. I still can't believe how many on the Right chose party over country last November. Fucking hypocrites of the highest order. The party of family values and small government? Bullshit.
