Heard they are moving this to may starting in 2019 which will be weird but I guess help in Olympic years.

How would that work? Why would they want to do that? Is the US Open or British Open moving back? No one would pay that much attention to golf after July?

Y'all should check out Jason Day's 18th hole if you haven't already seen it. Faldo was absolutely incredulous at the decision making. It was cracking me up. He carded a quad bogey and took himself completely out of contention.

We had a shot with Casey. He was 4 under through 15 today. Not sure what happened but he finished the round Even. Reed is -2. Spieth and Rory are out of contention.

I'm watching these guys look for a ball like I do when I hit it across the other holes fairway. Don't they have cameras covering every piece of this course? It shouldn't be too hard to find.

Not that there was ever a doubt, but that's when you know you suck. Jesus, if I crush a drive now, it goes 221.

A couple of weeks ago my son and I were playing at a course on the PA/NJ border. Last hole was a 220 yd Par 3. Kid hit a 4 iron, which I couldn't believe. Flew it pin high. I thought there were guys on the Tour that would be happy with that shot. Guess not.

IIRC, most players were hitting 5/6 irons on the Par 3 6th, which was 230 yds. I'm not sure you can make these courses too long for the majors.

The length they have is incredible. Also keep in mind that the irons they are hitting are modified as well, so a 7 for them would be like our 6 iron. Not that its much better that way. I think its Nicklaus who is trying to get them to switch to a different ball during tournaments.
