I'm gonna go to 10 games next summer. I'll bring in my own rum I'll scalp a great seat for five bucks and watch Major League Baseball. Had to happen. I'm a tigers fan. Stuck with them. Fuck.

That's the spirit. Went to a Phillys game this summer. Saw some awful baseball, but I still enjoyed drinking beer in the park.

The Astros will resume their season tomorrow with a doubleheader against the NY Mets.

BTW you should donate to Harvey if you are able to. You can always go the Red Cross disaster relief route, or I know some guys on the ground who are taking supplies directly to shelters. You can PM me for contact info if you're interested.

I would love to see the Astros win the World Series and JV get a ring - hell he deserves the chance to throw some playoff baseball. And that wasn't going to happen anytime soon in Detroit.

My guess is that the rebuild will get the Tigers back to the playoffs

in 2023

Do donate to relief efforts though. That is a good choice.

Lucked into realizing JV was on the bump again tonight in a late start after getting the kids to bed. They are in Anaheim. It's 1-0 Houston in the top of the 5th. JV has allowed 1 hit (I think). He's retired J Up in both ABs.

Houston has lost 4 in a row.

I didn't know JV had kids, but it was nice of the teams to delay the game until he could get them to fall asleep.
