Here is the bottom line breakdown on this team.

Most "talented" team of Izzo era. Yes. Previously I would have pegged the 2014 team, who had a tremendous mix of talent + experience. This team lacks leadership/experience. We have (imo) the best NCAA Tourney coach in the land, but we have never won a regional with freshman and sophomores. There is always a Senior or two at the helm (who is on the floor) leading the way. That worries me.

That said there is no clear cut favorite in the field. There is no great team. Might as well be us.

Duke does not impress me. They can't beat us playing man to man and we'll be prepared for their zone. Allen will not shoot 150% from 3 again and score 50. We will beat Duke if we play them. I'm more worried about the lack of experience catching up with us elsewhere.
