Understand. I was making a comparison between 2 corrupt leaders on either side of the aisle and how they are viewed by their parties' base. (I know that there is significant support for KK in the AA community, but that's an entire different ball of wax)

I don't really disagree Travis, without reviewing all of the details. And to be fair the people that he screwed over are the people in the City and many of them did not want him to go to prison at all. Not really my fight. I do think it's good that he can't hold office again because he's a lot like the orange dude and probably would try to weasel his way back into politics in some fashion.

What do you think would have been a fair sentence for the 24 felony counts of extortion, racketeering, wire fraud, mail fraud, bribery, and tax fraud? He could have got life, his defense wanted 15 years.
