Kingston has a good point. However, I don't know that we've hit bottom so, there's that. They might become worse.

No point in spending hundreds of millions of dollars if the roads just fall apart soon after. Minus well leave the roads as is.

The last times that lawmakers enacted citizen-initiated laws rather than let them go to voters were in 2014 and 2013, when Republicans backed wolf hunt and abortion insurance measures.
