I don't get it. If I want to wash my car 3x a day, my water bill goes up, then I pay it. Then the water gets sent to the treatment plant and is recycled, so where's the waste? People work at the treatment plant and all along the water supply chain. I'm a responsible citizen, helping provide jobs so people can buy their own water.
