Do you think Israel knowingly attacked the Liberty in 67'

Lots of theories and conspiracies out there. ie Israel knowingly attacked the ship because it was listening in on war strategy that the US opposed, they wanted to make it look like Egypt attacked the ship to draw the US into the war, the planes were unmarked, the ship wasn't flying a US flag, missing Israeli communications from tower to planes, etc.

What don't think?

All things being equal I think it was a mistake even though many of the crew of the liberty think it was deliberate.
