When I'm munching a taco, I find gooeyness to be rather off-putting.

No, it’s not just a tostada, good lord. It’s two entirely different types of shells. Also, you wouldn’t want a layer of cheese on the bottom of a tostada because it’s an open shell. The cheese wouldn’t get enough purchase, and things could slide right off.
Look, I know your focus is on the game, and you’re doing a great job with that, but maybe you should focus entirely on the game, because it’s obviously left you too distracted to address other matters.

The more I think about this pre-cheese thing, the more unappetizing it sounds to me.

The most authentic Mexican food in our town doesn't even put cheese on the tacos.
