Dwags you were a coach, you ever a coach a team this bad? What do you do or say to make practice fun? I can't imagine what it is like inside that teams locker room.

I don’t know. I think the schedule worked against the team too. No october home games basically. Murderers row in away games. Shitty bye weeks. Then a kick in the nuts with your captain. I don’t know they have that guy on staff to keep them focused and fired up. Maybe they have one. I doubt they have a player to rally around. Football is hard. Hard to coach, hard to play. If I had a season like this I would be looking to use my young guys. See who is going to be that guy. But this is a different level. So I don’t know. The seniors don’t seem to be helping much. I still think we can win 7, that’s just throwing lipstick on this season.

It’s a rebuild if you ask me. But it doesn’t have to be three years. If for some reason Dantonio stays, he can get help through Juco’s and the portal but he needs coaches with personalities who can handle those guys.

Long story short. I have no fucking idea. But this is the first time in damn near a decade I’m not fired up on a Friday night before a home game. I suspect I’ll get there.

I’m fired up. Yeah, looking back this last month has been hell. Looking even further back I think the start of this nightmare was vs ASU when our OL was decimated with injuries. Regarding looking ahead I’m filled with pessimism. Rocky Lombardi is probably the worst looking backup Spartan qb I can recall. Hoping the guy behind him is better.
