It was abundantly obvious who Hillary was referring to, though. Perhaps Turtleneck or one of our other resident libel/slander experts can enlighten us as to whether that would be a barrier to the success of Tulsi's suit.

If someone very publicly accused me of being a Russian asset, I'd be considering all avenues of redress.

Granted, I don't know much about Tulsi, and truth is a defense to libel (do I have that right, Turtleneck?), so if there is evidence that she is a Russian asset, then her case is indeed doomed.
