I mean, if there's not evidence that Tulsi is a Russian asset, seems like she'll have a chance at prevailing in her lawsuit. I'm no expert on libel/slander, though, so who knows?

Regardless, I'd like to know why it's ipso facto misogyny to criticize Hillary, but Tulsi is fair game.

It was abundantly obvious who Hillary was referring to, though. Perhaps Turtleneck or one of our other resident libel/slander experts can enlighten us as to whether that would be a barrier to the success of Tulsi's suit.

If someone very publicly accused me of being a Russian asset, I'd be considering all avenues of redress.

Granted, I don't know much about Tulsi, and truth is a defense to libel (do I have that right, Turtleneck?), so if there is evidence that she is a Russian asset, then her case is indeed doomed.
