Although this place is supposed to be more open minded, gHost and tanner are probably still going to be somewhat polarizing. If you want any non RCMBers to become posters here you probably don't want them as mods. Just my honest opinion.

IMO it should just be SRC and HM. There's a report post button, right? No need for more mods. In my experiences when the reigns are loosened as they have been here, people generally respect boundaries a bit more and intervention is rarely needed.

Mods here won't have the same broad powers they have on other boards. SeeRock has crafted a pretty good charter to deal with issues.

Pulling stalks and trolls way too much to be a mod. Most posters are not the idiots in real life that they are with their handle, but pulling is way too unstable to be a quality mod.
