What do the Swills advanced scouts know about UCLA

From what I've gathered.

Lost their last 4. Don't rebound particularly well. Not great offensively. Good 3 point shooting team but they don't rely on it. Sounds like if we muck it up we can out physical them. Assuming of course we aren't hitting our shots and it becomes necessary to muck it up, because we can't shoot.

Oh and Kampe just said they don't pressure the ball so we might not turn it over 100x.

One thing to think about. This team sucks at half court offense, we all know this. Can't create shots, can't hit guarded shots, can't hit open shots in general. That is going to limit our upside in this tourney. But something to consider every year during this tournament is the contrast between how B1G teams play us vs. unsuspecting teams. UCLA/BYU/whoever may expect us to try to muck things up. That's been our formula for success (since we suck offensively). Lock in and play great D, be physical, muck things up. Well...we may come out in our track suits. This has been a thing for us in the Dance historically. This year sets up well for it.

I read somewhere or heard Bilas or someone say that they 'lost their PG mid season and have really struggled since then'. Was that in reference to Tyger or someone else?

For all of those looking to talk hoops as I can tell most of you are, Tyger Campbell was a teammate of Jaren's and Tuggs Bowen at LaLu and he was recruited by MSU. He has big hair.

I watched them @usc and they didn’t seem anything to be scared of. But who the fuck knows what MSU team shows up

My scouting intern says Steve Alford is now coaching. This should probably be authenticated since the kid is so new.

UCLA is one of the best ping pong schools in the country. Their ping pong program currently is what UCLA mens basketball was back in the 70's. The Good news is their basketball prgram is shell of their former self.

As long as we show up and leave nothing on the table I think we take it.
