I think it's irrelevant what he's saying, given his past of floating checks, bank accounts and credit cards shut down and living one inch from the precipice of gambling disaster and financial ruin.

I think I get about 10% but that's enough to appreciate his usage of Rand Paul's hairpiece as some sort of bizarre good luck charm and his cat Chrissy.
