Still officially on the schedule for 2020 but the B1G going to a 9 game schedule or EMU dropping down to DI-AA (or whatever it is called) would change that and neither is out of the realm of possibility.

Looks badass to me. Eastern needs some marketing for their program. At this point I think any gimmick will help.

That program is in the gutter.

They have the single worst attendance in d-1 football. It's located in an awful town just a few miles east of aa, which draws the entire alumni base of EMU to its games on Saturdays. There's no way gray turf is fixing that.

Weren't EMU's school colors yellow and green?

Maybe its a play on the Iowa pink visitor locker room. The gray field will depress visiting teams.
