Daughter finally got through via phone after trying to text from the stadium. She was laugh-sobbing.. the kids - all of us - have been through so much these last 18 months and, I can't lie, this is as good as I've felt since March of 2020.

What a good day.

Good people to watch the game with (Intensity and mentalstate). Check.

Idiot UM fan at the bar moaning. Check.

Neutral fans all rooting for MSU. Check.

Regarding that last one, Canes fans at the bar were leading some boisterous Go Green, Go White chants often during the 4th quarter. We kicked their ass this year, and they still hate UM more. And in the process learned the Go Green, Go White chant, as no Canes fan could have missed it that day.

We have the game recorded to watch later.
That way I can enjoy it. Of course we enjoyed being there, but couldn't quite "enjoy the game." Too much emotion and stress. I look forward to watching it with a smile on my face.

Was just skimming through to watch our TDs (I'll rewatch the full game tomorrow), and damn it was loud. We didn't have sound for the game at the bar, so I didn't get a feel for that. Holy shit! Like with the 4th down pass to Nailor in the first half, and then the hurry up and Walker diving TD on the next play. The crowd was still at a fever pitch cheering the 40+ yard completion when they snapped and scored just sending the crowd off the charts. I haven't even gotten to the last TD and INT yet!

Well done to all of you that were there.

Voice is raw and my whole body hurts. Surreal game day experience. Overcast so I had no feel what time it was (booze helped as well). Every play felt game changing, just non-stop intense. Everything outside of the game in front of you and celebrating with the people around you of you was tuned out.

Crowd was on fire. Been to so many electric atmospheres that it is hard to rank. But this was definitely near the top. Especially for a noon game. Keith Nichol catch vs. Wisky is still the single loudest moment I've ever heard Spartan Stadium. You couldn't hear your own scream. This might of been the most consistently loud game. It was non stop.. Except for "It's a beautiful day for football!" before kick and "Sweet Caroline" after the game, I don't remember heating music or the PA guy.

Watching the replay for the 2nd time in bed. Awesome day. It's great being a Spartan.

You left out the part about starting the game thread. That's the most important impact a fan had.

I'm jealous of your raw voice and full body pain. That's the feel of winning. The crowd was unreal.

Yep. I sit north endzone and vistor bands are annoying. ND is the fucking worst. IMO visiting bands should not be in.our stadium. But if they put them up top, you don't hear it.

Cotton candy yards are yards that you get running through wide open holes without having to work for. In other words you don’t have to make a move or break a tackle. They also can be thought of as yards coming late in blowout games that aren’t important yards. All of that is of course bullshit when you are talking about walker
