Thanks everyone.  

I check in from time to time to see what's going on.  I just don't really post anywhere anymore (now and then on Comp's site).  This is still an awesome place and I am somewhat nervous that CBS will pull the plug on the 247 forums and everyone in the cesspool over there will jump over here.  Pretty sure that would be a bad day for everyone.

Anyway, a couple of points:

1.)I've already tried to transfer ownership to Heat.  We did this last year, but it didn't seem to work.  It is very poorly documented.  I will look into it again.

2.)I've upgraded our package to "Advanced (without ads)" so that we will not have to deal with this problem every year (supposedly).  They've changed the way they do premium features and it's now an obligatory monthly fee to get to the tier where you can remove ads.  It's not much ~$7.00/mo.  It's all paid up for a while so we should be good.

Glad we're all in good spirits after last weeks ass pounding by UW.  Hopefully our defense can get their shit together enough to put up a fight against PJ and company.

Thanks for the update - regarding jumpers from the RCMB, as I am one, sort of, since straightening out my year's old password problem with the site was instantiated by the shutdown of Wells, you have much better moderation over here, even though it has its own bias, but if ever "invaded" by the RCMB "crazies" between the granting of user ID's and the mod'ing I'm sure you all can manage it better that Trevor did.

That’s entirely possible. Heat seems suspect.

I'm not seeing any ads on my Chromebook but Google is probably tracking every webpage I visit. One of these days I'll wake up to nothing but ads and zillions of popups from every pornsite I've visited all while the wife is watching over my shoulder.
