I don't know what that last play was, and I'm bummed that we lost, but I like this team a lot. If Mady is gonna play like that, we'll win a lot of games.

Agreed, but I’ve suspected these guys were overlooked going into the season. The one thing with Madi is whether or not B1G refs let them play, otherwise, he’ll be the same foul machine he’s been since coming to MSU. He needs to play with more discipline. There’s no doubt though that his game is much improved. He looked great at times.

Izzo is my favorite coach. I love everything about the guy. But damn it seems like every time we play one of these early season games against a Kentucky, UNC, Duke, or now Gonzaga we lose. I know there have been wins, but I remember these losses more. Frustrating as hell.

He slipped. I was thinking get it to Hoggard or Walker. Clear out, let one of them drive and just crash boards right behind them.

Hoggard could have gone to the hoop (I would have been OK with that since we were in the double bonus), but no big to really dish it to if he got doubled.
