The Answer is obvious and right in front of us. If that 9 year old had had a gun, Perhaps lives would have been saved. This is no time to get political. We need more guns in our society. Oh, and by the way, T&P's for those dead.

Pretty much.

Root cause - Lack of proper inspection of wheel bearing due to extended length of train, allowed by Trump regulations.

Secondary cause - weak section of track not identified with inspection, inspection requirements relaxed due to Trump regulations.
