The Democrat's "deep" bench
Who's missing from this article? Because if this is accurate, the Dems are in trouble if Uncle Joe bows out for 2024.

I disagree with your assessment TM. There are some people who have a strong background in politics & policy on both sides. None of them are as strong as Biden, but they are strong contenders.

or an bloated orange sack of putrid christian filth who brags about raping women.... or a fragile, insecure, christian dictator-wannabe who bans books that hurts his feelings while providing assault rifles to everyone who is capable of pulling the trigger and has no regard for the sanctity of human life..
congrats on amplifying the mainstream media narrative..

Re: The Democrat's "deep" bench
It always seems like that though doesn’t it? First, biden is running do whatever. Second, that’s what primaries are for, building a brand. We could be having this conversation in 2007 saying “oh all they have is Hillary and a first term senator? What a bench!”
So in summary, stupid conversation not worth the bandwidth that article is printed on.

I don't know about you but I was a big big fan of Marianne Williamson. She had a lot of good things to say about castor oil and sage usage for a healthy spirit.

He's obviously looking at this from a purely "likeability" standpoint, so people like warren automatically get lumped in as a new/equally hated HRC and such and such. Stuff like that. So to him the list is complete garbage.

I'm never any good when people start talking about who they want to sit down and drink with, I'm too focused on policies and the good of the country, which many people don't seem to care about.

Exactly. We all know likability is a huge factor in winning elections. That’s just common sense.

It didn't matter for Trump, just getting the Russians to help worked just fine for him.

In a sense and to a lot of people, you're not wrong. But looking at the collective experience on that list and saying it's an empty bench is completely and utterly moronic. It's like if tucker carlson took calls from a random joe, read him the list, and the guy just rails against them all as liberal socialist communist lefties that want to destroy america level of thought.
That is to say your knee-jerk reaction to that list is HEAVILY influenced by propaganda running the narrative that these are all liberal extremists or bitches that don't deserve to be in office. As is the case most of the time with propaganda inception, it is wrong and completely unhinged line of thought when you look just a little bit closer.

The list might have plenty of good experience, but if they’re not electable, WGAF?

my point is, they are perfectly electable. the negative narratives around most of these people are fabricated.
Sure, i have opinions about who i personally like and don't like but that doesn't mean they aren't electable.

You're really worried about the likability of any Dem, in a race against Trump?

I bet when Obama first jumped into the 2008 race, you thought he was unelectable.
