CMU’s AD Amy Folan’s first job in athletic administration was Assistant Director for Compliance at Georgia. Sounds like an oxymoronic job.

This will be federal law. A little different then previous ncaa and "not getting caught". (Of course I have no idea who will enforce the law, Treasury? Presidents Council on Fitness, Sports and Nutrition? State Department?)

And apparently all the major players are on board.
