So why is it, that we all know if I sit on my couch in a certain way with my right leg over my left wearing my beast Lansing T-shirt were most likely going to win the game?

I was at the game last night. There didn't seem to be the high crowd energy that is usually at a M v MSU basketball game in Breslin. Curious if others at the game felt the same way.

The difference in the game was that in the first half Michigan was making a very high percentage of tough shots where we were making a high percentage of good shots. As long was we continued to force them into tough shots in the second half it seemed very unlikely that they (or any team) would continue to make them at that pace. We owned the second half because we played good defense and Michigan is one of the worst defensive teams I have seen. Interesting because going into the season it was thought that Michigan would be very sound defensively but would struggle to score.

I didn't see the game, so I can only speculate that a 9PM start in the middle of the week had everything to do with it. No game in the EST zone should ever start that late.

Watching some highlights the announcers keep making jokes about chicken nuggets after missed FT. There was also a cutout of chicken nuggets in the crowd. So what have I missed? Is this like free Taco Bell at 70 pts?

If an opposing player, misses both free throws, you get free chicken nuggets with your ticket. So if you notice every time, a player misses the first one of a two shot foul, the students will go exceptionally crazy for the second one.

Didn't help that UM got out to a lead, and probably played their best half of basketball all season.
