Oh speaking of did I hear that right that ibok was with Steven Izzo when he came out last night? I swear I heard them say his name in the group of people with him and there was a giant with him

The Big Ten Network ran an hour long advertisement for why players want to come to MSU and play for Izzo.

Hell, Keon Coleman played part of his freshman season for Izzo before concentrating on football full time. Transferred to FSU, just finished the NFL Combine in Indianapolis and shows up for Steven Izzo’s Senior Night.

Izzo may be one of the last coaches who are in it for the long haul at one school. Enjoy it while it lasts.

Honestly, I watched it this morning, and I thought that same thing. What a great tool for recruiting.

Yes. SI called him his big brother and ID was announced when walking out with him and the rest of the Izzo family. Pretty cool.
BTW, I was walking the dog and listening on radio post-game when Steven choked up. One of those beautiful moments for a young man who grew up sharing his dad with the rest of us.

again, I'm the guy who can cry at the drop of a hat (or a song lyric, a line in a movie, etc) - but it was very well done and, in my estimation, if you have a connection to MSU and you watch it, you should probably plan on tearing up at least a couple of times.
