WMU fired Lester after the '22 season with 2 years left on the $800K contract extension they had given him in Jan '22.

Lester spent '23 as a senior offensive analyst for the Packers.  Ferentz hired him as Iowa's HC for $1.1M/season after the AD sent Brian Ferentz packing.
