I'll do my best.. I'm not sure how to insert pictures.. it dates back to my time as Trey Burke's Penis - it was decided that pictures would be a bad idea.

Its easy to insert a picture, or a penis. Right above you are some nifty little icons (or pictures), there should be one with a smiley guy, if you click him there are options like this one.   
If you look diagonally to the right of that set of 4 you should see a picture of a small disk, a monitor with a + sigh, a chain link and YouTube. Go find your favorite, non porn, SFW picture and click on the second one. Copy the URL, either right click the picture at the website and choose the option to Copy URL, or highlight the URL (website address) and click on ctrl-C. Put the curser in the top blank box, right under URL and hit ctrl-V, that should copy the URL into that box. Poof a picture should appear! Its quite easy, I try to use google to get images, they even have an option to do a search and see what images come up. You can find google either at www.google.com or [url=google.com]Click right here![/url]

The other way to do it is to type it in manually, so [ img] (URL goes here) [ /img]. Just take the spaces out from [ to img.
