Not really.

For example, a team's record in 2013 is used, and the team's recruits from 2009-2013 are used.

That the recruiting data goes 4-5 years back is actually a good thing (and makes it somewhat accurate).

Kinda refutes the "stars don't matter" meme doesn't it?
