From the provider's terms of service:

ILLICIT CONTENTS

Forums that welcome or promote warez, piracy, hacking, cracking, spamming, attacks against networks or servers, pornography (this means NO nudity), racial hatred, crimes against humanity, inappropriate activities on the servers, or any other actions which violate any applicable laws, aren't allowed.

Any forum which contains texts, links, pictures, animations, videos or any other content recognized as Illegal will be deleted without notice or warning. forumotion.com reserves the right to delete any accounts or forums considered to not conform to the rules quoted here or specified in forumotion.com, or in the international website rules according to the international internet law. Any Illegal content or act will be reported to the concerned services and prosecuted.

Violating these terms of service may result in temporary or permanent banning.

Regarding Schticks:

Impersonating other users is prohibited.
Individual shticks are NOT prohibited provided they are original & add value to the board (e.g. Bolley, Malibu Man, etc.).
Multiple shticks ARE prohibited. You'll need to focus on one shtick to accomplish #2.
Shticks are NOT eligible for the Gerousia or afforded the same leeway as primary accounts. Thus...
Confirmed shticks may be banned, deactivated, or deleted at any time, for any reason.

"Likes" increase your reputation and they are registered per post. Currently, there is no "Like" for threads, though you can "Like" the OP. Just doesn't show in the thread list.

Downvoting is fucking stupid. IMO. I disagree with your perfectly reasonable opinion so -1. I hated the rating system on the old board. Not that I really cared about rating personally, but I felt it either consciously or subconsciously hindered people from posting controversial topics because it was so easy to neg vote someone.

I like this. + or nothing. Or if you're going to allow a neg feature, make it a little bit more difficult for people to do - have to provide an explanation, and have to sign their name. Just babbling.
