Not mental, but I believe his answer would be yes to both.  Having watched the majority of Spartan football games with him for years, he does point out when we hold, as well.  And when he points out opponents' holding, it's not like he's wrong about it.  Not sure why some get their panties in a twist about him calling out that stuff.  Us having 3 holds called while OSU had none was BS, but it didn't cost us the game.
