Tum Tum can actually shoot!

He hadn't made a field goal since November and made I think 3 tonight.

I would have guessed he was more likely to be out of the rotation than starting tonight.

Well I guess Trice was sick. I thought this was a stategic play.
He is a better matchup to guard Yogi. And I have wondered about playing Trice and Forbes together. They provide the offense so it is tough to sit them.
You don't want to be at a physical disadvantage but you don't want to play 4 on 5 in halfcourt offense either.

I really want to talk about the game, but two things:

1) I had to follow the gamecast and could not watch/listen.
2) Trying to make it through the night (see the culling thread).

Anyway, what do we know about Iowa? Their four losses are to decent teams and they have a wins @ UNC and @ OSU. Tough road matchup or a team MSU can matchup with and steal a road win?

Watching them in a nailbiter with Nebraska. Most of these games will be tough. We could win or they could do us like we did IU

I believe he drove the lane for 2 and also made a jump shot in there somewhere. Good to see.

I have a friend whose nickname is Tum Tum (also because of 3 ninjas, go figure), so I'm predisposed to like him.

That said, I think he should keep starting. Trice's offense off the bench against opponents' second units is valuable.
