Big Block of Cheese Day is Coming

January 21st, so mark your calendars.

That Boner smiling through the entire skit made it very unfunny. That and the fact that it wasn't funny.

If you've never toured the Dairy plant and watched them make cheese you should some day. I don't know if Dr. Partridge is still around but he's a Hall of Fame type guy. I do know John Engstrom is still managing the plant. He's a very nice man too, tell him the Goose sent you.

They make damned good cheese in addition to the more famous ice cream. The aged cheddar is especially good.

Do they make any raw cheeses? Sheep or goat milk?

And as a side note....the Amish up here are building a creamery. I'm considering getting off my arse if they'll let me make some cheese there. Will you miss me? Would you be happier to get free cheese from me over free pies?

You still have to post here. You can’t get rid of us that easily.

I'm thinking once or twice a week or when they have some extra milk. I've got no interest in something regimented or even close to full time.

The guys that are doing it asked to talk to me next week. I have no idea what they want other than to maybe pick info from my weakened mind. I'd love to work something out in exchange for access to legal equipment and milk.
