It would be awesome. Kentucky will be playing close to home as the #1 seed, so that means we will too. Izzo is the master of the 2 day prep. Those prima donnas will be overconfident. We can mis-match their size with our speed and atheletism. Put in a full court press (no one would ever expect it from Izzo) play relentless defense and wear them into the ground. We can be the giant killers. If we lose, no biggie. I say bring it bitches.

Kentucky would annihilate us. Size everywhere, and skilled size is what we're most lacking. It would be embarrassing.

I don't think this Spartan squad can beat Kentucky, Kansas, Duke, Arizona, Gonzaga, Virginia or Villanova in the backend of first weekend. They won't match up B1G teams before second weekend.

They definitely have a good shot at beating (in order of best chance IMO) Villanova, Gonzaga, UVA, AZ, KU. I do agree they can't beat UK or Duke.

MSU has not shot to beat Virginia, Duke or UK. UVAs defense is so good our offense would get shut down.

This is my second least favorite Izzo squad ever right behind the 2010-11 Lucas / Summers senior year team.

Arizona would beat us soundly, sadly.

I think the only team we CAN'T beat is Kentucky. I think there is a lot (10-ish) of teams that would beat us 8 or 9 out of 10.
