It's another app. Apparently it's bigger in Europe, but starting to catch on here. Since Tinder is turning to shit with all the fake profiles, this will almost certainly take its place. And it's a better app anyways.

IIt tells you when other users are within a 250m radius, so in a city it would be great. You should post screenshots of some of the girls you match with.
