BINGO - WSM owner checking in . . . and if done properly your BBQ shouldn't need much sauce, if any at all.

FWIW - if you aren't having Q at my house, you should try Meat Southern BBQ in Old Town. Best BBQ in Lansing, IMO.

Is more meat an acceptable answer? Ribs with a brisket sidecar is pretty delicious.

If not, then I've gotta go with Oklahoma Joe's spicy slaw. That stuff is like crack.

Depends on the weather. Good cold simple slaw on a warm day is great but cornbread is always a must have no matter the weather.
