I read the reddit comments when this surfaced yesterday. Apparently the cops are more like Supertroopers than EL gestapo. There were stories that if you were sleeping, they would come over and shake you, asking if you are Steve. A few people said it scared the shit out of them, but what they were really doing is making sure that people weren't passing out and puking on themselves. Pretty good way to give people a scare, without giving them tickets.
