Gravity Payments CEO takes massive pay cut to ensure pay raised for employees

He was making 1mil a year as CEO and his company 2mil in profts annually.  He's going to take a 90% paycut himself to ensure everyone makes 70k that works for him,

Smart move because of the positive coverage his company got. Now they will get more business and he can raise his salary later when people are no longer paying attention.

That and I guess there was a study out there that say a 70-75K annual salary is when people are the happiest. Just saying what the news said.

That's a good leader.

This is over a 3 year period. Comments about the company is that turnover is pretty bad and most people quit/get fired within 6 months.
