I've heard people say that the two things aren't related. As if knowledge of how to protect yourself from STDs is divinely inspired. THE REASON ITS COMMON KNOWLEDGE IS WE WERE ALL TAUGHT IT!!!

3 students out of an enrollment of 294 have contracted chlamydia. Holy shit man, that's just over 1% of the student population! I wonder if they'll quarantine the town? What if the "outbreak" goes airborne?

For comparison, just under 1% of high school soccer players will become professionals in that sport...though I haven't heard about that outbreak yet.

You're one of those folks who has trouble with numbers aren't you? 3 cases in 2 weeks. At that rate, nearly a quarter of the students would have it in a year. And probably some of their parents & relatives. After all, it is Texas.

The idea is to contain the outbreak before it becomes a crisis.
