Do you know you are paying $30/gm for MSU

....on cable + btn assuming you watch nothing else on cable.

Since I don't have satellite nor cable, I'm assuming it's $100/mo for the sports pkg to get btn. Correct my assumption if you could and I'll re run the numbers.

Sports package is $10/month with Comcast, or it used to be. I think you only need the lowest tier package to get it. Unless this isn't what you are talking about, which is very possible.

I don't know of many people who just use their TV to watch MSU football.

I would guess if those people existed, they wouldn't pay for cable/satellite packages (of other programming they don't watch).

For football you don't need BTN, at least not while MSU is doing well. For Bball, just get a sports package during the season, then turn it off in March, if all you are doing is watching the games. Is it hard to get cable setup in the garage?

Why don't you just ask a friend with BTN for their cable info and use BTN2Go? Then you don't need to buy a package and can just stream everything yourself.

I think an investment in the baby channel would better suit you. They are really good with the alphabet and putting syllables together for kids.
