I'm not sure that there are enough bricks in that bin for Bob on any given week with how bad the refs are. We'll have to special order more from China.

Just what they sound like they'd be: Foam shaped into bricks. It's for when there's a bad call against your team and you can grow the brick at the tv without breaking anything.
They were first popular in either the 70's or 80's, I don't remember.
