Pot legal for rec use in Oregon, when is Michigan joining the party?

The third state to do it. 

I'm guessing that it needs to go on the ballot. I've heard that Oregon is going to expunge anyone convicted of pot crimes. I'm not sure if that is just possession or if it includes distribution as well.

2016 could be the year. @MILegalize_2016 should get their proposal on the ballot and right now polling shows roughly a 50-50 split among voters.

Ohio votes on legalization this November. Polling shows it has a shot at passing.

Their version is pretty terrible. It would create a government controlled monopoly similar to MI's alcohol distribution system,  but I am still pulling for it to put some pressure on Michigan voters.

Just smoke it... fuck 'em. I wouldn't worry about begging for permission to do something that's been done for centuries in the privacy of your own home from the types of people that decided to go after a position of "law-making" capacity.
