Michigan State determined to enjoy wins, no matter how they come
There was a time in the not-so-distant past when five straight wins, no matter how they looked, to start the season at Michigan State would be cause for celebration.
The undefeated Spartans have won three of their five games by double-digit margins and knocked off a team that played for a national title last January. On the other hand, the Spartans are 0-5 against the spread and a quality win against then-No. 7 Oregon looks less impressive each week. No. 4 Michigan State is almost halfway to a perfect regular season, yet they might be less convincing as a playoff contender than they were in August.

Didn't Oregon lose their #1 playmaker and QB?

Desmond said on Saturday, MSU's win over Oregon was the biggest win of the year.
Rece Davis said something about Utah beating Oregon, and Desmond said Oregon had a bunch of guys hurt that game.

Yes, Adams was not effective because of a broken finger in the Utah game. He could not throw the ball. So he was pulled.
He has not played since.
Last weekend the backup got benched in favor of the 3rd string guy.

I enjoy the wins. I would enjoy them more if we dominated, but how many programs out there could suffer the number of injuries to starters that we have and still keep winning? I'll enjoy them while I can because it wasn't too long ago that we would've lost these kinds of games. Besides, OSU's struggles in the absence of the number of injuries we have says that teams are improving at every level. Hell, even Eastern made LSU work.

Personally I like Dantonio s mindset. Take off the pressure and realize we are getting everyone's best shot and keep playing loose. Genius man!

That backup is a RS junior and got beat out by a guy in the program for 2 weeks...
But yes ESPN our win against them means less now
