I agree. It's pretty easy to imagine each of the main flavors, and the turkey-octopus combo just doesn't sound like a marriage that would last. Maybe turkey-crabmeat, but I would need to experiment in the kitchen with that.

I think some ambitious chef or wannabe put together the combo to meet a preconceived idea of a Cthulhu-like figure without thinking the idea all the way through to the palate.
