“My men will destroy you,”’ El Chapo huffs to the ISIS leader in an encrypted email that was leaked to a cartel-linked blogger in Mexico.

Most thought the cartels would eventually go up against ISIS.  Question though, if he succesfully ends up seriously damaging ISIS then we kinda just have to let him deal all the narcotics he wants, right?
