Question about the rules of football
How come the offensive lineman are allowed to move when they are calling audibles but before the snap if they have a slight twitch it's a 5 yard penalty?

I think once they are set, they can't move.

Sometimes they'll be set, no movement and then the QB will start changing shit and you'll see all the OL turnaround move, and set. And then it's motionless again. At what point is it established that you can't move again?

They can move in any fashion that can't be perceived as reacting to the snap of the ball provided they reset for a full second before the snap.

All I know is I see all sorts of movement no flag, guys turning their heads, standing back up, then setting. What if a guy moves, can't the team argue the lineman wasn't reacting to a snap but was getting set for a play?
And was it always this way? I felt like a while back once a team set they had to stay still. It seems like the game has evolved where they allow OL to move sometimes.

Re: Question about the rules of football
You have 4 tries to get 10 yards.
Well why do they not try on the 4th try?
Shut up.

How come they review the spot on 3rd downs but never on first or second downs?
