Like sending them to the minors to work on their game. Come back with some good stuff. SD has some good shit sometimes. I've laughed at some of the stuff. Kid brings it. GM is about as lame as it gets. Which if fine also. Just be lame with fresh material.

SD was one tilt after another. It was a weird transition. He came here to troll and then became the easiest poster to troll. If you called him a schtick he would go full tilt. And it would happen over a series of posts with each one being a bit nuttier than the last. I'm not sure he is ready for the big leagues. His skill set is too narrow. He needs more development.

Moose is a wily veteran. He rode some big posts pretty far, but got lazy and decided to rest on one aspect of his game. I would have kept him around. He can offer more. He has gotten older so now you have to tease it out of him. There is still some value, but sending him down might make thing worse when you call him back up.
