I'll stick with lobster mac and cheese.

Slice jalapeño in half to create two 'boats'. In a pan, brown sausage (whatever kind you like). Combine sausage in a bowl with cream cheese, some Parmesan (not shaker kind) little hot sauce. Scoop filling into carved out peppers. Bake for 20 minutes.

Use a pound sausage, pound jalapeños, 8oz soft cream cheese, one cup shredded Parmesan. Make sure to seed the peppers.
