I'd prolly rub those with oil then slowly slide them back and forth on my rotisserie ti it was just right. Then poo them out and smother them in a special sauce that only she would taste.

They desperately need some new leadership over there - their programming has been stuck in a rut for several years now. Having said that, Food Network Star is pretty good again this year, despite all of the female contestants being annoying as shit. Giada's titties in the Vegas episode were just lovely.

Guy Fieri is a weird dude. With all the shit he eats, he still won't eat eggs. I don't get it. Eggs are one of my favorite foods no matter how they're prepared.

Eggs are very meh. I mean, I eat them because whatever. But they are just so meh if they aren't loaded up with other shit.

I guess what I'm getting at is eggs by themselves = meh.

Having a show where he pretends to get excited about bland breakfast food must make that difficult. What's his beef with eggs? - just how crappily they are cooked at 99% of places (I agree), or would he enjoy a perfect poached egg on a salad or perfect runny fried egg on a pork chili hash?

My son and I were big fans of the Japanese version. I was on a Yahoo email group with a bunch of other fans. One of the members worked at the Food Network and knew about the planning for "Battle New York" between Flay & Morimoto well in advance. He promised to get the tickets for us and came through big time. They wanted a crowd that was passionate about the show and got it.

Any of you that would be hesitant to meet people from here think about going to a 6 hour TV taping with 100 people from here. Good Times. You can stream it and other episodes from here: http://ironcheffans.info/wordpress/?page_id=21 One of my few brushes with fame, I'm onscreen 15-16 times.

PS. The little kid they feature throughout the Battle New York episode became the most hated brat ever on that email list.

Have disliked all the baking shows/competitions for years, except Ace of Cakes which was somewhat entertaining.

Cupcake Wars, Cake Wars and their other stupid baking shows were bad enough, but Kids Baking Championship seems to be on all the time.  I can't stand this shit anymore.

Not once have the programming fuckheads put up a show on the only baking that matters...bread.

I'm done with Food Network.  Deeper shots of Giada's cleavage couldn't even bring me back.

Imma guess you overcook them and don't use enough butter. What kind of eggs you trying to make: scrambled, fried, omelet, toad in the hole?

Probably. Maybe I'll just stick with hard boiling my eggs. I dunno, I guess if I'm eating an egg or two I want to keep it to a healthy protein experience instead of loading it up with shit like butter.

Eggs and butter is great....You can use a little or a lot, any bit helps...especially if you are overcooking your eggs. Scrambled you dont want to come out of the pan looking dry and super firm.
