I know a couple fat people (women) who talk about exercising a lot and whenever I see them they are eating really healthy, but they are obviously significantly overweight and it leads me to believe they are eating significantly more when they are alone, or are not exercising like they claim to be.

Is this a thing?

I always marvel at the sneering, sanctimonious vegetarians who are overweight.. Rolling Eyes

but, in their defense, you can live on Doritos and Mountain Dew and still be a vegetarian.
